Why is Archery Popular Today in the US

Why is archery popular today in the US? I think this cause is just The Hunger Games has watched by many people. I have three reasons. First, American people is easy to effect new thing and good thing. The Hunger Games is a very good movie. For example, The Hunger Games is hitting now, so people wear cap and T-shirt. This situation is unusual in Japan. Second, Katniss used a bow and arrow. Archery is very similar to bow and arrow. Different point is just only sports or hunting. Most of the main character use sword but she used bow and arrow. I think it’s new. Finally, Katniss is a girl. Almost action story has main character who is boy but The Hunger Games has main character who is girl. It’s unusual. As a result, many American girls are effecting to archer boom. I think this situation isn’t related to Olympic because people who are effected archery boom are young people.
I don’t think Olympic effect young people because Olympic player is almost adult. For those reasons, many people are effecting and spreading archery boom.

IN MY OPINION THE HUNGER GAMES

The Hunger Games my Opinion
In my opinion, I almost like movie. I have four reasons. First, the movie has good action scene. For example, battle of Cornucopia and monster. It’s very excited me. Second, movie is similar to book. Sometimes movie add original story or scene and cut the extra scene. I don’t like this, but The Hunger Games made the book faithfully. I respect the producer and screenwriter of The Hunger games. I think if The Hunger Games has original story, it would not a hit. Third, I like cast. Main character is a girl, so it most important cast. She is strong and beautiful. Too beautiful is not good, and too strong is not. This actress is just the right woman for the role. Finally, I almost like the movie, but I don’t like movie a part. The movie has good action, love story, and good set, but it’s just action movie. I think The Hunger Games has message, but the movie has few message. In conclusion, the movie is good and worth watching again.

Spring Break
I went to Los Angeles by myself. My friend lives in Los Angeles. I stayed with a family for  three days. I was very nervous before leave in Willamette, because I was alone. For example, I rode shuttle bus, airplane by myself. Everything did by myself.  Today, I woke up early morning. I went to the Red Lion Hotel to ride a shuttle bus. I met elderly women when I wait in lobby. She was very friendly, and knew the TIUA. We talked about Japan. Then we rode the shuttle bus, but I had trouble when I arrival in Portland airport. I forgot my backpack in shuttle bus when I noticed that too late. I was panic few minute, but calm down. Backpack was into the clothes only, so I had passport, wallet, and cell phone. I got air plane ticket, and went to a gate.  I called shuttle bus company, talked about my trouble. They understood it. I rode airplane, so arrived at Long beach airport safely. Los Angeles was very comfortable weather, and good place. Then I met a friend after a long time so, we watched the Hunger Game. It was great movie, and good lesson for English. Second day, we hang out in downtown, and ate hamburger. Dinner was steak. It was very delicious. Third day, I went to Japanese shop with my friend’s mother. My friend had school. I bought Japanese manga and Japanese food. We talked about American culture. She is Japanese, but speaks English very well and works in restaurant. I learned a lot of thing. For example, get a high score for TOEFL, American culture. Last day, we went to beach. It’s so beautiful, but today was cloudy. I take many pictures. When I came back WU, I have confidence. I think LA trip was great experience because everything did by myself.
